What we check
Before any property appears on our platform, it passes all six of these checks.
Ownership & Identity Confirmed
We verify the landlord's identity and their legal right to rent the property. No third-party subletting without consent.
Fully Furnished & Functional
We confirm the apartment meets our furnishing standard — bed, sofa, kitchen equipment, storage, and working appliances.
Ready for Corporate Occupancy
The property is clean, in good condition, and suitable for a professional or team moving in immediately.
Photos Reviewed & Approved
Photos must accurately represent the property. We reject listings with misleading imagery or missing key rooms.
Rentaborg Holds the Lease
You never deal with the landlord directly. Rentaborg signs the lease and is your single point of contact.
Ongoing Compliance
Verification isn't one-time. We monitor the property throughout the stay and re-verify after each tenancy.
