Our story
Every corporate housing company says they're the “one-stop solution.”
Most of them are not.
Rentaborg started from a frustration with how the market actually worked. Procurement managers were booking 20 individual apartments with 20 different landlords. HR teams were managing check-in spreadsheets. Finance was reconciling a stack of invoices every month. And when something went wrong at midnight, nobody was picking up.
The product we built is simple: you send us a brief, we handle everything, you get one agreement and one invoice. That's it. No portals, no self-service, no automated emails. A real person who knows your account responds within hours.
We operate across Northern Europe and beyond — Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Finland, and further afield. These are the markets where project-driven work concentrates: energy, construction, pharma, automotive, consulting. We know them well.
