What's your minimum group size?
No minimum — we work with single-person placements too. But bulk bookings (5+ people) are our speciality, where we can really drive value.
Can you get units in the same building?
We always try. For large groups (10+), we prioritise buildings with multiple available units, or clusters of buildings within walking distance.
How do you handle rotation schedules?
We manage handovers between rotation windows. When one crew leaves, the next walks in. We coordinate keys and check-in/out on both ends.
What if we need to scale up mid-project?
We keep track of inventory in your project cities. Adding 5 more people mid-project is a single email — we'll source what we can and confirm within 24 hours.
What does the contract structure look like?
