Sustainable housing, trusted relationships and long-term growth. We are building a company that is good to do business with, even when nobody is watching.

Sustainable housing

Every employee we place in an existing home is one less long hotel stay. Higher occupancy in the housing that already exists is a climate measure in itself: no new construction, no empty hotel rooms.

Security for both sides

We protect property owners from unreliable tenants and protect companies and their employees from unreliable arrangements. We are the contract party with a registered company number, so deposits and payments are never a problem.

Local partners, local economy

Cleaning, linen, repairs and services are bought locally in every city we work in. The money stays in the region where the home is.

Responsible growth

We only take on homes we can actually fill, and we never sign agreements we cannot honour. We grow at the pace at which we can guarantee quality, not faster.

Our policies

These principles apply to everyone who works for or with Rentaborg Properties AB. They are reviewed every year.

Health and safety

Every home is inspected and documented with a photo inventory before move-in, including smoke alarms and the condition of installations. Guests have one named contact for any issue during the stay.

Equal opportunities

We treat guests, property owners, partners and job applicants equally regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or age, and we never accept discriminatory requirements from any party.

Environment

We use existing housing instead of hotels, buy services locally to cut travel, and keep contracts, invoices and inventories digital.

Data protection

We process personal data under the GDPR, collect only what a stay requires and never sell it. Read our privacy policy for the details. Privacy policy

Document security

Contracts, identity documents and payment details are kept in access-controlled systems, shared only with the people who need them and deleted when they are no longer needed.

Anti-corruption and bribery

We do not offer, give or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper gifts. Every fee and commission is agreed in writing.

Risk and business continuity

Every placement is planned with an alternative, so that if a home becomes unavailable we can arrange new accommodation quickly. Our systems run in the cloud with regular backups.

Partners and suppliers

We work with registered businesses and verified property owners. Before we work with a new partner we check their registration and look for any record of discrimination or environmental violations, and we expect every partner to follow local labour, safety and environmental law.

Our commitment

No unknown private tenants. We are always the contract party, so property owners never have to deal with an unknown private person as tenant.
Transparent terms. No hidden fees, no commission that appears later and no lock-in periods.
Respect for neighbours and housing associations. We place professionals who are staying for work, not party guests or holiday rentals.
Fair treatment of staff and suppliers. We pay our local partners on time and keep our promises to cleaning companies, tradespeople and service partners.
