1. Two Attic Apartments (4 Beds)

Each bright attic apartment spans 24 m² (30 m² floor area) and includes its own private limestone bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Every unit features a double bed (two 90 cm beds), a dedicated work area, a cozy armchair, spacious wardrobes, and a comfortable sofa seating area. Beds are prepared with fresh linens, and an extra set is provided in the wardrobe. Towels and bathrobes are also included for your convenience.

The private kitchen offers full cooking functionality with a convection oven, hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimo capsule machine, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and other kitchen essentials.

2. Two Studios (2 Beds)

Each studio apartment is 12–13 m² and comes with its own private bathroom and mini kitchen. Every unit includes a 90 cm bed with fresh linens and an extra set in the wardrobe, a workspace, armchair, and wardrobe for storage. Towels and bathrobes are also provided.

The private mini kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee makers, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and basic kitchen utensils.

3. Two Large Singles (2 Beds)

The large singles are 18 m² with a shared bathroom and a view of the Nyköping River. Each unit is furnished with a 120 cm bed, workspace, sofa, and wardrobe. Beds come with linens, an extra set, towels, and a bathrobe. Tenants have their own storage in the shared kitchen, including fridge, freezer, and cupboard space, and follow a weekly schedule for kitchen waste.

4. Small Single (1 Bed)

This cozy unit has a 90 cm bed with bedside table, workspace, armchair, and wardrobe. Beds come with linens and an extra set; towels and a bathrobe are provided. Tenants share a bathroom and have storage in the shared kitchen, including fridge, freezer, and cupboard space.
