Welcome to Rentaborg. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including booking furnished rentals through our platform. By using Rentaborg, you agree to these terms.
Payment details depend on your booking. In most cases:
Full payment is required before check-in.
Late payments may lead to cancellation, access restrictions, or late fees.
Security deposits (if applicable) are refunded within 10 business days after check-out, assuming no damage or violations.
Plans change. We understand.
Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for full or partial refund eligibility.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be fully charged.
Long-term stays (28+ nights) have special terms. You’ll receive them before confirming.
Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: no later than 11:00.
Need flexibility? Ask in advance.
Late check-outs without approval incur a 3,000 SEK/day fee and may result in digital access being cut off.
Each property listed on the Rentaborg platform undergoes an internal verification process to ensure it meets our operational and quality standards.
Ownership or authorized leasing rights are confirmed.
The property is verified as fully furnished and functional.
Readiness for immediate corporate occupancy is assessed.
Photos and documentation are reviewed and approved by Rentaborg.
This verification aims to maintain a consistent standard across all listings. However, Rentaborg does not guarantee the property’s condition beyond the verification date.
Our homes are for temporary, respectful stays. Not for:
Parties or events.
Subletting or business use.
Pets or smoking (unless explicitly approved in writing).
Please also:
Keep noise low after 22:00.
Only allow listed guests. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties or removal.
Report broken items or issues immediately.
You’re responsible for damage beyond normal use, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
Units are inspected before and after each stay for transparency.
We are not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of your belongings.
Injuries during your stay.
Make sure you’re insured and store valuables securely.
We follow GDPR.
Your data is only used for:
Booking and support.
Legal compliance.
Internal communication.
These terms may change. The latest version is always on our website.
All bookings are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes are handled in Göteborgs Tingsrätt.
